Headed up by the the force that is Nova Smith a tribe called Shadwell Studio does things differently Hot Yoga, Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Hiit, Meditation, Mindfulness, Creativity, Gong Baths, all practiced with an open mind. The highly qualified and experienced trainers are kind, friendly, compassionate and really know their stuff – makes the difference we think!  

This boutique studio situated on the main Street in Shadwell, has small class sizes – just how it’s meant to be, and helps Nova look out for you – in a non judgemental way, so you get the best out of your session. It’s purpose built & beautiful – pop in and take a look, after all, beauty is in the eye of the beholder! 

Be brave beginners – there are courses and classes to suit you plus teachers can adjust any class for a newbie. The studio is open 7 days a week, offering workshops, courses and scheduled classes, but they also offer more than that, a community, a creative hub, a lifestyle resource, a place with a shoulder to lean on… to chill or maybe share ideas.   It’s just a gorgeous place to be!
