The ultimate facial treatment?

I don’t want to exaggerate but I may have found the ultimate face treatment!

Once upon a time I used to work in the skincare world, I worked for an American results based treatment spa range launching into the UK. I visited their labourites in the USA and delivered the training course in the UK.

There were two things that I was acutely aware of at the time. Firstly, spa treatments at the time were generally being booked by groups who wanted to relax in bathrobes, sipping champagne and were very rarely concerned about visible facial results. Secondly the best products in the world were going to give limited results if applied badly.

Since those days I have remained curious about skincare and treatments and watched with interest as new treatments have been launched and some London facialists became celebrities with their own skincare ranges.

Is there anything or anywhere in the North that can compete with these Southern specialists and give a treatment that can deliver exceptional results?

I was so excited when I arrived at Spa810 for the first time, I mean it looks amazing but it was the calm professionalism that struck me as soon as I walked through the door. As soon as I started talking to Spa owner Tania and her team I knew I was about to experience something special. The quiet confidence they all exuded obviously came from the fact that they knew they could deliver the promised results. The Spa is so well presented, much bigger than it looks from the outside, fabulous attention to detail, warm clean, stylish………..the list could go on but really I know you want to hear about the treatment, the Spa810 Hydrafacial.

The Hydrafacial starts with a real good in depth consultation which filled me full of confidence, I don’t have the skin I had 10 years ago, I don’t really have the skin I had 10 months ago, I am on the cusp of 50 and there is a tsunami of hormonal changes coursing through me and my face at any point of the day. Areas that have always been oily are now dehydrated and, well, hot.

There are six vital components of a Hydrafacial………..

  1. a never to be underestimated, lymphatic drainage, puffy is a word I would describe my face and eyes as quite frequently the moment.
  2. a cleanse and exfoliate,
  3. a glycolic and salicylic peel
  4. extraction, if you wish, and why wouldn’t you?? you can see what has come out of your face at the end of the treatment.
  5. hydration, hyaluronic and acid and powerful antioxidants are delivered back to the skin
  6. LED so much buzz around LED at the moment, excellent for anti agin and acne skin

This is an absolutely excellent facial and delivers absolutely exceptional visible results my face looked much more contoured (drainage) brighter, glowing, fresher and definitely younger, but more than that, it is delivered in a beautiful environment by confident well trained therapist who care. And that is worth it’s weight in gold or at least a little add to your credit card.
