The weightloss queen, week two

And the wheels fell off but bear with me this was a good thing. I was following my usual habit of doing really well for a short amount of time before completely going the other way. The important thing was how I got over it.

The week started well with a hypnotherapy session with Karen and some more tools or ‘pattern interrupters’ to use. It then derailed over a stressful weekend (children and hospitals are always going to interrupt my eating patterns) There followed three days where I thought I could get myself back on track followed by an SOS to Karen when I realised my attempts were futile.

And herein lies the beauty of working with the Weightloss Queen, she is there when you need her. A quick phone call later, a reminder of what I knew but had forgotten and some extra tips and I was back on track. I even finished the week having lost a few more centimetres off everywhere that mattered.

So off I trot into week three with the mantra ‘ don’t let a lapse become a relapse’ going over in my head!
